The operating perspective

Real estate is an asset.
Managing it is a discipline.

Emily is a property-management executive and real-estate broker in the Goodman family of companies. As founder of Harvey Goodman Property Management, her work connects operating decisions with the responsibilities of serving owners, commercial tenants and residents.

Her experience spans office, retail, mixed-use and multifamily properties, with a focus on leasing, maintenance and inspection programs, vendor oversight, staffing, capital work and owner reporting. She returned to Saint Clairsville in 2015, bringing her commercial and multifamily management background to the family business.

Commercial operations

Keeping the property and the business connected.

Office, retail and mixed-use management brings together tenant needs, service contracts, building upkeep, leasing responsibilities and ownership priorities. Emily’s operating work includes coordinating those responsibilities rather than treating them as isolated tasks.

Commercial property management
Multifamily operations

Consistency, from the first inquiry to the next renewal.

Residential management depends on reliable leasing, resident communication, inspections, maintenance response, team supervision and documentation. Her experience connects the resident-facing work with the systems behind it.

Development & ownership decisions

Thinking beyond the opening day.

Development choices become operating responsibilities. Emily’s owner-oriented perspective considers maintainability, capital priorities, leasing readiness and the transition from construction into everyday property management.
